The agreement
By messaging Sela Concierge on WhatsApp or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the service. Sela Concierge is operated by Draftboard Inc., a Delaware corporation.
What Sela is
Sela Concierge ("Sela") is a concierge that helps you find local service providers — painters, movers, plumbers, and similar trades — by collecting your brief, contacting providers on your behalf, and surfacing their quotes. Sela is not itself a provider of any of those services. We do not employ the providers we introduce, and we do not perform the work ourselves.
How you may use Sela
- You agree to provide accurate information about your request.
- You will not use Sela to harass providers or to source illegal services.
- You are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
- You will treat the providers we introduce with the same respect you'd expect from them.
Messaging consent
Sela operates over WhatsApp, SMS, and RCS depending on your region and device. By texting Sela's number or opting in via asksela.io, you consent to receive messages from us about your active requests — quotes, follow-ups, and confirmations. Message frequency varies with the conversation. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out anytime by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for a short summary of the service or START to opt back in after a STOP. We never share mobile information with third parties for marketing — see our Privacy Policy for the full statement.
Third-party providers
Once we connect you with a provider, your relationship — including any contract, payment, scheduling, and dispute — is between you and that provider. We do our best to vet providers, but we don't supervise their work and we don't guarantee outcomes. If something goes wrong, please tell us — we'll help where we can and learn from it.
Fees
During the beta, Sela is free for end users. We may, in the future, charge providers a fee for introductions or charge end users a subscription. We will give clear notice before any pricing change applies to you.
Limitation of liability
Sela is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Draftboard Inc., its officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Sela or the services performed by providers we introduce. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms as Sela evolves. If we make material changes, we'll notify you on this page and, where reasonable, by message. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where local consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
