Welcome to Sela. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sela, a service operated by Draftboard Inc., a Delaware corporation ("we", "us", "our"). By using Sela, you agree to these Terms.

What Sela does

Sela helps you find and request quotes from local service providers (painters, movers, plumbers, and similar). When you message us, Sela:

• Asks you about your request
• Identifies relevant providers in your area
• Reaches out to those providers on your behalf
• Collects their responses and presents them to you
• Connects you directly with the provider you choose

What Sela is not

Sela is a coordination service. We are not a contractor, repair professional, or licensed tradesperson. We do not perform the work. We do not employ the providers we contact. We are not party to the contract or arrangement you enter into with any provider you choose.

Provider quality

We try to surface providers that look reputable based on publicly available information (ratings, reviews, business directories). We do NOT independently vet, license-verify, background-check, or guarantee the quality, safety, or licensing of providers. The decision to engage any provider is yours, and the relationship you form with them — including any payment, contract, or dispute — is between you and that provider directly.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about what you need.
• Use Sela only for legitimate, lawful service requests. Do not use Sela to harass anyone, send spam, or request anything illegal.
• Vet any provider you choose to hire to your own satisfaction. Verify licenses, references, insurance, and contracts directly with the provider.
• You're responsible for your interactions with providers after we connect you.

Disclaimers

Sela is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee that you'll get quotes, that quotes will be accurate, that providers will respond, or that any provider will perform as expected. We may pause, change, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sela and Draftboard Inc. are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service or your interactions with any provider. If for any reason a court finds us liable, our total liability is limited to USD $100 or the amount you've paid us in the 12 months prior, whichever is greater.

Pricing

Sela is currently free for users. If we change that, we'll let you know in advance.

Termination

You can stop using Sela at any time. We can suspend or stop providing service to anyone at any time, especially if we believe the service is being misused.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

We may update these Terms over time. Material changes will be communicated through Sela. Continued use of Sela after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
